What type of financial professional can I search for on Bookkeepie?
We can assist with bookeepers, accountants, payroll specialists, tax advisors, auditors, or liquidators, and company formation agents.
Do I need to pay for the search?
No. You can initiate as many searches as you want and request as many quotes as you like, the search is COMPLETELY FREE for you.
How long does the search take?
The search takes only a few moments. Once you visit the site, you'll arrive at a clear and easy-to-navigate search interface. You need to answer 11 very simple questions, and the process takes an average of 2-4 minutes.
What information do I need to provide during the search?
We need the basic details of your company: the industry, company type, postal code (for location purposes), number of employees, the average number of incoming and outgoing invoices per month, and the annual revenue. We also need to know if the company is newly established and if it engages in foreign trade.
Will I always receive a price quote as well?
Yes - if you fill in your details, at the end of the process, you will receive a quote, and you can immediately use the accounting service.
Is it mandatory to provide contact information?
You will receive the quotes at the provided email address, so we need it for that reason.
If I provide my email address, will I receive frequent newsletters every day?
No, it's not mandatory to subscribe - only if you want to :) But even then, not daily. We don't send boring newsletters. Our newsletters only feature updates related to Bookkeepie, up to twice a month, and offer valuable insights on big questions in the entrepreneurial and/or accounting world.
How is it possible that the request for a quote is completely free?
Since accountants pay a fixed monthly or annual fee for appearing on Bookkeepie, there is no cost for you to make a request.
Will the selected professional contact me?
Yes, don't worry, they will contact you via email or phone within a few days. If you need a more urgent response, you can of course contact the service provider by phone.
